Debt Advisory
Credit, with certainty
Certus Credit is a debt advisory firm for operating businesses. We prepare the lending file, present it to qualified private lenders, and manage the process from first conversation to closing.
About the Firm
Representation on the borrower's side
Certus Credit represents businesses seeking $1M to $20M+ in financing. We work for the borrower, not the lender: preparing the file, running the process, and negotiating from an organized position.
Most owners finance their business a handful of times. Lenders do this every day. That asymmetry is what we correct. An engagement with Certus is advisory and defined in scope, under a defined engagement fee and a success fee at closing.

The Process
One file. The right lenders. A managed close.
-
01
Assess
Understand the business, the existing debt, and the objective. We say plainly whether we can help before anyone signs anything.
-
02
Prepare
Build the lending file: financials, collateral, and the narrative, organized the way underwriters read.
-
03
Present
Take the file to qualified lenders whose mandates fit the situation. Never blasted to a list.
-
04
Close
Compare terms, negotiate the structure, and manage the path to funding.
Lender Relations
We register mandates, not lists
Certus places financings from $1M to $20M+ across refinancing, working capital, equipment, MCA consolidation, and acquisitions. We register your mandate the way you underwrite it: sizes, sectors, collateral, and structures.
Files arrive prepared: financials, collateral, and the narrative organized the way your underwriters read. A file reaches you only when it fits the mandate. When it does not, you never see it.

Every engagement starts with the file
We take a limited number of engagements at a time to keep every process disciplined. Write to us with the situation: the business, the debt, the objective. We will tell you plainly whether we can help.
Certus Credit is an advisory firm, not a lender. We arrange and manage financing processes; credit decisions rest with lenders, and no outcome is guaranteed.
